Steve Stricker made it two wins from the last 4 starts when he collected the John Deere Classic after rounds of 71,61,68,64 for a 264 -20.
After a rain delayed start to the tournament the golfers had to play 36 holes on the Sunday.Stricker proved too good for the rest of the field with closing rounds of 68,64.
3 shots back in joint second were Local favorite Zach Johnston,Brandt Snedeler and Brett Quigley on -17.
Quigley won the final place for the Open championship this week,but he won't be taking up the offer.
Instead he will be attending a mermorial service for his good friend and fellow golfer Chris Smith's wife Beth who was killed in a car accident last month.
