2007 Walker cup player,John Parry can look forward to joining his old team mates,including Rory McIlroy on the European tour next year after winning the ALLIANZ OPEN GRAND TOULOUSE event with a final round of 63 left him on 21 under par and a 2 shot victory from Jose-filipe Lima.
It was a first victory for Parry and the 24,000 Euros he won lifted him into 12th place on the order of merit.
Johnny Caldwell came down from the main tour to gain some confidence before tour school and it worked.He finished in a tie for 17th when he closed with rounds of 66 and 68 for a -15 total.
Simon Thornton was down in 52nd place with a closing 71 left him on -8.
