Edoardo Molinari held on to the lead after a second round of 69 in the ECCO TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP that left him on 6 under par and with a one shot lead over Portugal's Jose-Filipe Lima and Finlands Roope Kakko who had a top 7 finish in the Irish Open back in May.
The only Irishman to make the cut was Colm Moriarty who hit a level par 72 to go with his opening 76 yesterday.His +4 total made the cut by 2 shots.
Michael McGeady's season isn't getting any better.He was 10 over par after rounds of 75 and 79.
Simon Thornton was 1 worse on +11 after scores of 77 and 78.
