HEDBLOM LEADS JOHNNY WALKER IN SCOTLAND.

Paul Lawrie lost his lead for the first time this week and is now in second place to Peter Hedblom heading into the final round tomorrow of THE JOHNNY WALKER CHAMPIONSHIP at GLENEAGLES in SCOTLAND.
Hedblom who was beaten in a play off last week handled the windy and sometimes wet conditions to return a 4 under par 68 to leave him on top with a 8 under par total.
Lawrie will be pushing all the way tomorrow as he didn't play that well today and after returning a 73 is only one shot behind.
Both these players need a good finish tomorrow as they are well outside the top 60 in the"Race to Dubai".Hedblow is 90th and Lawrie 97th.

Johnny Caldwell started the day in 2nd place only 3 shots behind the leader. He was doing very well to be level par after 12 holes. At the par 4,13th he left himself a 3 foot putt for par and walked off with a 7 after taking 4 putts. He went on to finish with a 76 and back down the field on -2.
Damien McGrane followed up his two level par rounds with a 1 under par 71 for a share of 26th place on -1.
Gareth Maybin had a bad day.He had 2 double bogies on his way to a 78,for a share of 60th place on +4.
