The Maguire twins played together in the morning fourballs and did very well to reach the 16th green as Jennifer Song & Cydney Clanton were 9 under par better ball for the 16 holes. Danielle Mc Veigh & Pamela Pretswell went down on the 17th to a 6 under par score from Alexis Thompson & Jessica Korda.

The afternoon foursomes were another disaster for GB&I as the Americans won all 3 matches to take a 5 point lead heading into the final day's singles.
