Tiger on the prowl in China,Lowry fading.

World No1 Tiger Woods shot his second 67 in a row in the HSBC CHAMPIONS EVENT in SHANGHAI to share the halfway lead with Nick Watney 70 on 10 under par.Tiger was able to manage his scores despite a lot of attention from loads of amateur photographers.
The tournament is getting very exciting as world No2 Phil Mickleson is into joint 3rd place and only one shot behind after a 66 left him 9 under par and level with Ryan Moore 69 and Alvaro Quiros 66.

Shane Lowry who's brilliant first round of 66 left him in 2nd place dropped down to 14th after a second round of 74.He was 4 over after 8 holes before recovering with a 2 under run over the last 10 holes to start the weekend on 4 under par.

Rory McIlroy improved with a second round of 68.He was level par after 12 holes before making 4 birdies over the last 6 holes.His 3 under par total leaves him in 23rd.
Padraig Harrington added a 69 to his opening 74 to sit well back in 37th place on 1 under par.
