Goosen shoots 63 to lead the Scottish Open by 2.

South African,Retief Goosen hit a 63 to open up a 2 shot lead at the halfway stage of the Scottish Open at Loch Lomand.Sitting at -11 Goosen is 2 shots clear of Adam Scott.
The best of the Irish is still Paul McGinley who shot a level par 71 to go with his opening 65,that leaves him on -6,5 behind Goosen.Darren Clarke had another 69 for a -4 total.Rory McIlroy made bogies at 3 of the 4 par 3s and still managed a level par 71 to sit alongside Damien McGrane on -3.
New Professional Shane Lowry hit 18 pars in his second round to easily make the cut on -2.Graeme McDowell is expected to squeese in on level par 143 after a 70/72.
Peter Lawrie +1,Gareth Maybin +1,Gary Murphy +2 and Michael Hoey +6 all missed the cut.
