Andrew Butterfield added a 2 under par 69 to his record score of 62 to lead the PRINCESS tournament on the Challenge tour in Sweden on -11.
Only 2 of the 6 Irish made the cut.Simon Thornton who could only make 1 birdie in a first round 72,made 7 birdies in his second round of 66 to finish on -4.Colm Moriarty is one behind Simon on -3 after following up a 72 with a 67.
The cut came at level par.Johnny Caldwell 72/71+1,Noel Fox 75/72+5,Gareth Shaw 75/72 and Michael Mc Geady 76/73 all have the weekend off.
