Spains Carlos Rodiles is in great form hitting back to back 65s for a -14 total at the halfway stage of the Karnten Open presented by Marcus Brier.
The standard of golf on the challenge tour is high,with the cut coming at -2 and the only irish to survive for the weekend is Lurgans Gareth Shaw.
Shaw hit 6 birdies and only one bogey and is nicely placed for a high finish this week on -7 after rounds of 70,67.
Noel Fox who was up with the leaders after a fine opening 68,had to pack his bags once again after a miserable 79. He was joined on +3 by Stephen Grant 76/71 and Alan Murray 75/72.
Big hitting Peter o Keeffe was +6,Daniel Sugrue +8 and Michael Campbell +13 all have the weekend off........
