Scott Jamieson beat Elliot Saltman in a play off to win the Partypoker.com European Championship at the Princes golf club in Sandwich,Kent. Jamieson 70 and Saltman 72 had tied on 9 under par.The win moves Jamieson into 3rd in the Europro tour order of merit behind Steve Surry and Jack Doherty. Saltman is now 4th.
The leading Irish man was Mark Staunton in joint 16th on -3 after a 74.Warrenpoint's Barrie Trainor was joint 29th on -1 after a closing level par 71.
